S. district court judge in Chicago issued a ruling against the defendant who claims he did not pay for the use of his erectile dysfunction medication Viagra.
In a ruling, U. District Judge John D. Leach ruled that the defendant was entitled to medical expenses under the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans.
In a supplemental order dated December 11, 2011, the court held that the defendant was entitled to medical expenses under the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans.
The court also ruled that the defendant’s claim for costs would be fully exhausted. The court found that the amount of costs the defendant did not pay for Viagra was too low and that his costs for Viagra are not covered under the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans.
Judge Leach also found that the defendant was entitled to medical expenses under the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans. The court also found that the defendant’s failure to submit the necessary documents to the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans, the court noted that the plaintiff, the plaintiff’s wife, is entitled to financial benefits under the Medicaid health insurance plan and the health plan that covers the defendant, is a “non-covered health plan” in that it may be reimbursable for the defendant’s medical expenses. The court also found that the plaintiff did not pay the defendant any of his out-of-pocket costs.
Judge Leach’s ruling was final.
Judge Leach issued a final order on March 10, 2012.
The court denied the plaintiff’s request for a pre-trial medical expense appeal. The court ruled that the plaintiff’s claim for the cost of Viagra was “unjustifiable and the court lacks the authority to review the issue.” The plaintiff was awarded an unspecified amount of costs to which the defendant was entitled. The court also found that the plaintiff’s claim for costs is “unjustifiable and the court lacks the authority to review the issue”.
In its order dated December 15, 2012, the court stated that the plaintiff did not submit any documents to the Medicare and Medicaid health insurance plans. The court found that the defendant did not have any documentation to support the claim for the costs of Viagra, that the defendant failed to provide sufficient documentation, and that he was not a covered health care provider. The court also found that the plaintiff’s claim for costs is “unjustifiable.”
The plaintiff did not respond to the court’s order. The plaintiff does not appeal the court’s order.
